The equipment and systems manufactured in-house can be equipped with in-house controls. This includes the engineering of control cabinet diagrams and combinations, the creation of applications for PLCs (S7-1500/1200/300, Failsafe) and visualisations (HMI Touch Panel, HMI in HTML5 browser). We can also offer you solutions in the field of functional safety, performance level and SIL, as well as the engineering of ATEX installations.
Thanks to our experience and close interdepartmental collaboration, we are able to build plants in the fields of heating technology (hot water/steam), steam technology (standard steam/pure steam), water supply (osmosis, EDI, WBI/WBE ring mains, CIP), sterilisation technology (SIP), waste water technology and heating/stirring tanks using our own controls. We can also optimise or upgrade existing installations from our own production or third-party facilities.
In the field of building technology, our automation department ensures that our compact domestic district heating and hot water stations are equipped with the right controls. Depending on the area of application and the customer’s requirements, we use compact controllers or freely programmable controls. The stations are connected to a higher-level management system via various communication systems. (e.g. Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, BACNet etc.)
