• Qualification documentation from DQ to OQ
  Qualification and test documents including drawings, listing of all parts, welding joints documentation, qualification of the welding experts, welding equipment qualification. Certification of materials 3.1 B, FDA perfection in the purest condition, apacoPharm conformity declaration according to CFR 21.
  Measurement protocols for roughness and Ferrite content. Protocols and attests for x-rays, endoscopies, pressure measurements, helium leakage, penetration test (PT).

  PLC based steering and regulation systems for all equipment and plants. Measurement and regulation technology is applied from engineering to commissioning.
